AI Readiness Audit
Everyone is telling you to use AI. Nobody is telling you where. This is a fixed-fee review of how your business actually runs, and a costed, prioritised answer you can act on — with us or without us.
We Start With The Work, Not The Technology
A half-day with the people doing the job. What lands in the inbox, what gets re-typed into a second system, what everyone dreads on a Monday morning. AI opportunities do not live in a strategy deck — they live in the repetitive work your team stopped complaining about years ago because they assumed it was just part of the job.
Scored On Effort Against Return
You get a shortlist, not a wish list. Every opportunity is scored on what it would cost to build, what it would save per month, how damaging it is if it gets something wrong, and how quickly you would see the benefit. The ones that do not clear the bar are named too, along with the reason why.
Honest About Where AI Does Not Belong
Some of what you are being sold does not work, costs more than the salary it claims to replace, or puts a confident wrong answer in front of a customer. Part of what you are paying for is being told that plainly. An audit that recommends AI for everything is a sales document, not an audit.
A Roadmap You Can Run Without Us
The deliverable is a 90-day plan with named tools, real monthly costs and a sensible order of work. If you want us to build it, we can. If you would rather hand it to your own team or another developer, it is written to be handed over. The audit fee comes off the build if you do go ahead with us.
Common Questions
What do I actually get at the end of it?+
A written report containing a process map of the repetitive work across your business, a scored shortlist of AI opportunities ranked on effort against return, specific tool recommendations with real monthly costs, and a 90-day roadmap in a sensible order of work. It is written so you can hand it to your own team or another developer if you would rather not build with us.
How long does the audit take?+
Two to three weeks end to end. That covers a half-day discovery session with the people actually doing the work, follow-up conversations where a process needs unpicking, the analysis itself, and a walkthrough of the finished report where you can push back on any of it.
What if the answer is that AI would not help us?+
Then that is what the report says, with the reasoning behind it. Some processes are too varied, too high-stakes, or simply cheaper to keep doing by hand. An audit that recommends AI for everything is a sales document, not an audit — and knowing where not to spend is worth the fee on its own.
Does the audit fee come off the build?+
Yes. If you go ahead with a development or automation project with us, the audit fee is credited against it. The audit is priced to be an easy decision rather than a profit centre — its job is to make sure that whatever gets built afterwards is the right thing.
Do you need access to our systems or data?+
Not for the audit itself. It is based on conversations, process walkthroughs and sample documents you are comfortable sharing. Where we do look at real data we will sign an NDA first and work from anonymised or redacted samples wherever that is possible without weakening the findings.
