Quick answers

Tapping a word doesn't read it aloud. Make sure speech is enabled in Settings, and that your device isn't on silent. Focail uses Apple's built-in speech voices — on iOS 17+ the ga-IE (Irish) voice is available; you can download more voice quality levels under iOS Settings → Accessibility → Spoken Content → Voices → Irish.

The app didn't send me a notification today. Open Settings → Daily Reminder → check that it's enabled. If it's on but not firing, check iOS Settings → Notifications → Focail and ensure notifications are allowed.

I bought Premium but it's still locked. Open the app, go to the paywall, and tap Restore in the top-right. Make sure you're signed into the same Apple ID you used to buy.

My streak disappeared. Streaks reset if you miss a day. Tomorrow is a new day — Pintín won't hold it against you.

I want to cancel my subscription. Open iOS Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Focail → Cancel Subscription. Apple handles all subscription billing.
